Spring is a season of waking up—the trees begin to leaf, the birds return, and the earth starts to hum again. But for many of us, especially after a long winter or a long stretch of emotional or physical busyness, our bodies and minds can feel a little out of sync with that renewal.

This short Yoga Nidra session is a way to ease back into life. It doesn’t ask much of you. No movement, no effort. Just a quiet invitation to lie down, breathe, and let your nervous system reset itself gently. With imagery drawn from the natural rebirth of spring, this meditation is a soft nudge toward rest, regulation, and subtle joy.

Sometimes, we don’t need to push ourselves into the next season—we just need to let ourselves catch up to it. Yoga Nidra can be one of those bridges.

If your system is tired, if your hope feels low, or if you’re simply curious what happens when you allow your body to deeply rest for 15 minutes—this one’s for you.

P.S. Once you’ve tried it, let us know in the comments below—Did it help you? Did something shift? We’d love to hear your experience.
